Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions 1. Payments are to be made in advance of sessions. Usually at the time of booking. 1a. Bookings are to be made 1 week in advance. 2. A booking is not confirmed until payment is made. 3. If signed onto a monthly service, it begins from the payment date unless otherwise agreed. 4. Cancellation milestones: a. 36+ hours prior to booking: full refund b. 24 - 36 hours prior to booking: 50% refund c. Less than 24 hours prior to booking: 0% refund. Exchange to another date within 2 weeks. 5. Reschedule is available 24 hours prior to the booking. 6. If purchasing bulk sessions, these must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. 7. If purchasing in bulk, a refund cannot be issued part way through. a. These can be gifted or transferred to another client. 8. If a client decides to change a service, this can be changed once the current one booked has ended. This cannot be changed part way through. 9. Payment can be made via website booking page initially. Other options include BACS transfer to or PayPal to Danni GT Coaching. 10. If your session is cancelled by Danni, the session will be rescheduled at the client’s earliest convenience.
