A personal approach
As someone who has personally experienced anxiety and low confidence growing up, I understand how challenging these years can be.
My approach is gentle, supportive, and empowering, helping teens shift their mindset and build a stronger, more positive relationship with themselves.
Getting Started

“Since my daughter started coaching with Danni, we’ve seen such a positive change in her.
She seems so much more confident in herself and is genuinely happier day to day.
Her grades at school have improved, and she’s much more focused and motivated. What’s been most noticeable is how she now handles her friendships. She feels more in control, has a smaller circle, and the relationships she has are much more meaningful and supportive.
It’s been really lovely to see her enjoying life more and feeling comfortable in who she is. We’re so grateful for the support she’s had.”
Helen, Parent

A year ago, one of my teen clients was asked to speak on stage, and the thought of it completely overwhelmed her. She froze, her mind went blank, and she later told me she couldn’t think of anything worse.
Public speaking felt impossible. The fear, the self-doubt, the “what if I mess up?” thoughts were all-consuming.
Fast forward one year. And I was there myself. I went to watch her Dance show and the students were saying thank you to the teachers.
She walked onto that same stage, picked up the microphone, and spoke with a level of confidence that was genuinely incredible to witness.
She didn’t just “get through it”, she owned it.
What changed wasn’t just her ability to speak in front of people. It was her mindset. The way she saw herself. The beliefs she held about what she was capable of.
This is what happens when you start doing the inner work. When you challenge the thoughts holding you back and begin to build real confidence from within.
The same girl, the same stage… but a completely different story.
